Free “20 PTSD Triggers” Report

From: Ruth Ota

Dear Friend,

Have you or someone you know served in the military?

Have you or they served on active duty?

Have you or they had difficulties in relationships or at work?

Do you or they anger easily, get very depressed, seem “different” than before?

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder could be the cause.

Before I married my husband, I had no idea what PTSD was.  I had seen the term and perhaps heard of it on the news, but I did not actually KNOW, what it meant to those who suffer from it and for the family members who suffer with them.  After we were married and I began to experience first hand the far reaching affects this has in all areas of a persons life I wanted to learn more and share what I know. I hope that the information I am able to share will bring understanding to the families and the military personnel and assist in their healing.

Learn some of the common triggers that can cause PTSD reactions. Knowledge is power and I hope my Free Report will empower you.

This Report will help non-military persons as well as military families to better understand some of the signs and symptoms of PTSD that are so rampant in our honorable and beloved returning Vets. It would be much better to be prepared so one can learn with compassion and not criticism.
